2. Deal each player one face up card. They may pay max bet to get it down.
3. Normal betting round, with the player with the high hand showing opening.
4. Deal each player one face up card. They may pay max bet to get it down.
5. Normal betting round, with the player with the high hand showing opening.
6. Deal each player one face up card. They may pay max bet to get it down.
7. Normal betting round, with the player with the high hand showing opening.
8. Deal each player one face up card. They may pay max bet to get it down.
9. Normal betting round, with the player with the high hand showing opening.
10. Deal one card down to each player.
11. Normal betting round, with the player with the high hand showing opening.
12. Showdown, the high hand splits the pot with the low spade in the hole.
