1. Deal each player one face up card. They may pay max bet to get it down.
2. Normal betting round, with the player with the high hand showing opening.
3. Deal each player one face up card. They may pay max bet to get it down.
4. Normal betting round, with the player with the high hand showing opening.
5. Deal each player one face up card. They may pay max bet to get it down.
6. Normal betting round, with the player with the high hand showing opening.
7. Deal each player one face up card. They may pay max bet to get it down.
8. Normal betting round, with the player with the high hand showing opening.
9. Deal each player one face up card. They may pay max bet to get it down.
10. Normal betting round, with the player with the high hand showing opening.
11. Deal each player one face up card. They may pay max bet to get it down.
12. Normal betting round, with the player with the high hand showing opening.
13. Deal each player one face up card. They may pay max bet to get it down.
14. Normal betting round, with the player with the high hand showing opening.
15. Showdown, the high hand splits the pot with the low spade in the hole.

It got it's name from the fact that when Jay invented it, our max bet was a quarter.
