Barking Dog of the Nile

1. Deal one card down to each player.
2. Deal one card up to each player.
3. Normal betting round, with the player with the high hand showing opening.
4. Deal one card up to each player.
5. Normal betting round, with the player with the high hand showing opening.
6. Deal one card up to each player.
7. Normal betting round, with the player with the high hand showing opening.
8. Deal one card up to each player.
9. Normal betting round, with the player with the high hand showing opening.
10. Each player may twist a card for max bet. If you twist an up card, you can get the new card down by flipping your hole card.
11. Normal betting round, with the player with the high hand showing opening.
12. The highest hand showing and the lowest hand showing split the pot.
13. To win the low hand, you must have no better than a nine high.
