Five Card Blind II

1. Deal one card up to each player.
2. Normal betting round, with the player with the high hand showing opening.
3. Each player must reante once for each card they have, including the one they are about to be dealt.

13. Deal one card up to each player.
14. Showdown, high hand wins.
