7/27 Twists

1. Deal three cards face down to each player.
2. Each player flips over one down card of their choice.
3. Normal betting round, with the player with the high hand showing opening.
4. Deal each player one card face up, if they want it.
5. Repeat the last two actions until no one wants another card.
6. Normal betting round, with the player with the high hand showing opening.
7. Aces are 1 or 11, face cards are 1/2, all other cards are face value. Closest to 7 and 27 split the pot. Ties broken by inside, outside, high, or low as dealer calls or house rules. Anyone who gets exactly 27 in 10 cards or less gets the whole pot.
