1. Deal one card down to each player.
2. Deal one card up to each player.
3. Normal betting round, with the player with the high hand showing opening.
4. Deal each player one card face up, if they want it.
5. Repeat the last two actions until no one wants another card.
6. Normal betting round, with the player with the high hand showing opening.
7. Aces are 1 or 11, face cards are 1/2, all other cards are face value, clubs count double. Closest to 8 and 28 split the pot. Ties broken by inside, outside, high, or low as dealer calls or house rules.
