Thirty One

1. Deal one card down to each player.
2. Deal one card up to each player.
3. Normal betting round, with the player with the high hand showing opening.
4. Deal each player one card face up, if they want it.
5. Repeat the last two actions until no one wants another card.
6. Normal betting round, with the player with the high hand showing opening.
7. Aces are 1 or 11, face cards are 10, all other cards are face value. Closest to 31 gets the pot, but if you go over 31 you can't beat someone who is under 31.
