Full Monty

1. Deal three cards face down to each player.
2. Declare in/out one at a time, starting with the player to the left of the dealer.
3. Each player may draw one card if they wish.
4. Showdown, high hand wins the pot. Everyone who went in and lost matches the pot. Redeal for all unless only one person went in.
5. Of the first up cards seen, the highest and lowest are wild, as are all cards of the same ranks.

In this case, the first up cards seen are the cards in the "in" hands.
