- Deal three cards face down to each player.
- Deal three table cards face down.
- Declare in/out one at a time, starting with the player to the left of the dealer.
- Each player may draw one card if they wish.
- Showdown, high three card hand that can beat the table cards wins the pot. Everyone who went in and lost matches the pot. Redeal for all unless only one person went in and beat the table.
