Border Cross

1. Deal four cards down to each player.
2. Deal fout face down common cards in a cross, and put a joker in the center of the cross.
3. Normal betting round, with the player to the left of the dealer opening.
4. Flip the top common card face up.
5. Normal betting round, with the player to the left of the dealer opening.
6. Flip the next common card going clockwise around face up.
7. Normal betting round, with the player to the left of the dealer opening.
8. Flip the next common card going clockwise around face up.
9. Normal betting round, with the player to the left of the dealer opening.
10. Flip the next common card going clockwise around face up.
11. Normal betting round, with the player to the left of the dealer opening.
12. Showdown, high hand wins.
13. Your hand may only use one horizontal or vertical row of common cards.
14. Jokers are wild.

Apparently played a lot in Texas border towns.
